Lone Mountain & Berg is a 93,995 SF industrial development at the corner of Lone Mountain & Berg in North Las Vegas. This is a 4.5 acre, single tenant facility. Taney provided all civil engineering and land surveying. This project was a challenge due to the existing perimeter streets being flat, Taney worked with the City of North Las Vegas to put in flat curbs. Fire accessibility was also a challenge. Taney worked with the architect to divert onsite parking and had to shift around the Lone Mountain entry.
